Close without Saving

1 year ago bigmike finished reading Billion-Dollar Lessons: What You Can Learn from the Most Inexcusable Business Failures of the Last 25 Years by Paul B. Carroll. For 1 month bigmike read 310 pages at 9 pages a day.

Before Thought:
This was reviewed in Inc magazine, and i love reading the inside story of huge collapses in the business world.

After Thought:
Lots of good stories in the first part of the book like how some company tried to consolidate funeral homes and another with doctor's offices. But as the 2nd half turned into lessons about running a business, i lost interest. Rather have heard a bunch of stories, instead of lessons. Stopped with like 50 pages to go.
